Our clients' goal was to open the room up while still hiding the toilet.  This meant taking walls down throughout and relocating all of the plumbing fixtures.  A 105" custom vanity covers the entire left side of the bathroom and a large 72" shower lined with a beautiful beige stone tile envelopes the whole wall.  Several designs were submitted with subsequent edits to each version to arrive at the final design.
